Room Rental Rates 2014
The Kato Ballroom has three rooms available for your entertaining needs: the main ballroom, generally used for events with 150-1200 attendees, a banquet hall, with seating up to 200 people, and a smaller room for parties from 10-100.
On Site Management
All evening events require the services of one manager at $15 per hour. We can provide qualified people at $15 per hour for the first security person and, if needed, $12 per hour for any additional people needed. The number of security personnel required is based on the number of attendees and whether or not alcohol is being served. We reserve the right to determine the number of security personnel needed.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 or your full room rent (whichever is less) is due at the time you book the room. This amount will be credited to your final invoice. An additional $500 is due six months before the event.
A damage deposit is required. The amount will be assessed according to the type of event.
